Static compensation is only fixed (in order) capacitors according to power factor switching, while dynamic compensation is based on the power factor difference and the selected switching capacitance is wrong.

Another problem to be noticed in the selection is that the names of controllers produced in China are "XXX reactive power compensation controllers", and the meaning of "reactive power" in the name is not the sampling physical quantity of this controller. The physical amount of sampling depends on the product model, not the name of the product.
